Job Description

The Partner Finance Specialist will be responsible for tracking and auditing partner rebate programs from Platinum, Diamond, and Silver OEM partners, encompassing approximately 40 partners. This role involves collaborating with the broader organization to forecast partner program investment earnings. The position requires working closely with both the Finance organization and Technology Organization (TSG) to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and forecasting of partner program earnings.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Track and audit partner program earnings
  • Develop understanding of partner rebate programs
  • Compare earnings against forecasts
  • Ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with TSG to understand bookings and revenue forecasts
  • Monitor OEM line performance affecting rebate totals
  • Support financial reporting and analysis
  • Maintain partner program documentation

Required Experience / Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Two (2) or more years experience in finance, accounting, or related role
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Collaboration abilities
  • Independent work capability
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools

    • Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with partner rebate programs and OEM partners
  • Advanced knowledge of financial forecasting and auditing
  • CPA or CFA certification
  • Strong understanding of FP&A processes
  • Financial modeling experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Multi-tasking abilities in fast-paced environment

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
