Job Description

The Partner Program Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing top partner rebate programs. This role involves understanding earning mechanisms, identifying growth opportunities, and maximizing partner investments. Working closely with the Partner Finance Specialist, this position will focus on forecasting and tracking partner rebates while ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role requires collaboration across various departments to achieve optimal partnership levels and maximize rebate earnings.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze and maximize partner program earnings
• Work with finance team to maintain accurate rebate tracking
• Support sales and technical teams in achieving highest partnership levels
• Develop and maintain partner program forecasts
• Create and maintain financial reports
• Educate stakeholders on partner program details
• Identify incremental earning opportunities
• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting
