Senior Program Manager of Expert Learning Experiences - Learning & Development
Location: Fully Remote (Some flexibility required for PST timezone)
Role Type: Full-time Contract ($68-70/hour)

Job Description We're seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Academy Learning & Development team, focusing on Expert Learning Experiences. This role is critical in supporting the growth and development of 20,000 annual customer success experts who provide frontline support for various financial software products. The position presents an exciting opportunity to reimagine and revamp the training vision for five different products, working with a substantial amount of existing curriculum that needs strategic evaluation and restructuring.
The ideal candidate will serve as a middle-man between various stakeholders, combining project management expertise with deep L&D knowledge. They will be responsible for analyzing current training programs, determining what's working and what isn't, and creating a strategic roadmap for improvement. This role requires someone who is excited about the challenge of restructuring training spaces and can independently drive initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote a learning and growth mindset that aligns with company values to build a continuous learning culture
- Evaluate and reimagine existing training programs across five different products
- Build strong, trust-based partnerships with stakeholders and create inclusive environments
- Apply instructional design methodology including needs analysis for performance-based outcomes
- Manage and coordinate with LMS admin teams to ensure proper setup and pass rates
- Coach and mentor others on the development of craft skills
- Create and optimize content using sustainable and efficient processes
- Analyze data to make confident decisions that drive business outcomes
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to influence learning initiatives
Required Experience/Skills
- 5-10 years of combined experience in Project Management and Learning & Development
- Demonstrated experience managing complex programs in a matrixed environment
- Strong background in contact center operations and training
- Proven ability to operate independently and interact with senior management
- Experience delivering learning program experiences with quantifiable outcomes
- Proficiency in LMS systems and understanding of learning technology ecosystems
- Experience working with distributed, virtual teams
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in the technology industry
- Background in tax preparation, accounting, or financial services
- Experience with Agile Scrum development
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Military experience or formal education experience
