Job Description As a Project Manager I, you will be responsible for overseeing small to medium-sized construction projects or supporting one large project under the guidance of senior project management. You'll work closely with Assistant Project Managers, Foremen, and Area Superintendents to ensure project success from initial planning through completion. This role offers an opportunity to develop project management expertise while contributing to critical construction initiatives and maintaining client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and organize projects under the direction of Senior Project Managers and / or Division Managers
- Supervise and direct project activities, including task assignment and problem resolution
- Assess project scope, schedule, and resource requirements during initial client contact
- Prepare detailed project estimates based on plans, specifications, and bid forms
- Establish and maintain project objectives, policies, and performance standards
- Supervise and negotiate change orders throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to schedule and budget
- Implement corrective measures for potentially serious situations within company guidelines
- Prepare monthly costing reports under senior supervision
- Manage financial aspects of contracts, including progress billing and equipment rental
- Review and approve documentation prepared by Assistant Project Managers
- Represent the company in project meetings under senior guidance
Required Experience / Skills

Education Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred (combination of training, education, and relevant work experience accepted)
