We are seeking a passionate Training Program Manager to join our Academy Learning & Development team. In this critical role, you'll be instrumental in developing and supporting a network of 20,000 Customer Success Experts who provide extraordinary support for our product ecosystem.
Your work will directly impact the growth, onboarding, and continuous development of our support experts. You'll be part of an innovative team dedicated to transforming learning experiences and building a world-class Expert Network that drives customer success.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage learning experiences that promote a growth mindset aligned with company values
- Apply instructional design methodology to create performance-based learning outcomes
- Utilize design thinking and rapid prototyping to solve learning and development challenges
- Create engaging content that supports diverse learning preferences and accessibility needs
- Analyze and leverage data to optimize the learning journey and drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence and implement learning initiatives
- Manage and curate learning content using sustainable and efficient processes
- Explore and implement new learning technologies and tools
