Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Management Support Specialist. In this role, you will manage vendor accounts, update records, and ensure seamless communication between vendors and internal teams. This position requires strong data management skills, particularly with Excel, and an ability to deliver accurate reports while maintaining high organizational standards.
Essential Job Duties :
- Update vendor accounts to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate with vendors and internal centers on pending service requests through phone, email, and in person.
- Review, manage, and update data using Excel, with proficiency in pivot tables and VLOOKUP formulas.
- Provide timely reports and updates to the team, ensuring smooth workflows and issue resolution.
