- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and managing inventory levels.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management, including stock counts and product placement strategies.
- Address customer inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when handling calls or messages.
- Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
