Salary Range: $45,635.20 - $57,054.40 FLSA Status: Full-Time (Exempt)
Job Summary:
Two Kings Casino is seeking a dynamic and results-driven recruiter to join the Human Resources team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening and selecting top talent for various roles across the organization. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, while ensuring the hiring process is efficient and seamless.

Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and application to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualification.
- Provide feedback and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Manage the job offer process, including negotiating terms and preparing offer letters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices in recruitment.
- Assist with onboarding and integration of new hires into the organization.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring process.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field (preferred).
- Two to five years of professional experience actively recruiting (required).
- Proven experience as a recruiter in the casino industry (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry or previous casino work (preferred).
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, is a must.
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work across departmental lines. Must work well with customers, outside vendors, and other associates as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and job boards.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Catawba Two Kings Casino Gaming license.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift and/or carry 15 pounds.
- Exposure to high volume noise.
Certification Requirements:
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
