Job Description
POSITION: SLOT SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
FLSA Status: Full-Time Non-Exempt
Description Summary
Two Kings Casino is hiring Slot Service Technicians to join our team at Two Kings Casino. Under
the guidance of the Service Technical Coordinator and Manager, Slot Service Technicians ensure all
gaming technologies are kept in good working order in accordance with the operational standards
and gaming regulations.
Essential Functions:
• Ensure all equipment is kept operational and in compliance with gaming regulations.
• Develop working knowledge of gaming machine parts as well as equipment operation and
repair.
• Organize, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Perform as a team member and assist fellow employees to ensure a smooth operation.
• Ensure all established policies and procedures are adhered to ensure protection of assets and
personnel.
• Conflict resolution regarding gaming equipment issues.
• Work as ambassador for Two Kings as part of daily job function.
• Perform any other duties assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• One to three years related experience and/or training required.
• Basic math skills including addition and subtraction.
• Intermediate computer skills including e-mail, spreadsheets, graphics, routine data base
activity, and record keeping, as well as basic smart phone and GPS knowledge.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain gaming license.
• Able and willing to work flexible work schedule.
• General knowledge of gaming regulations.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older and be able to obtain Gaming License.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift and carry a minimum of 70 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand, sit, and kneel for brief periods.
• Ability to work in an indoor, loud, and smoky gaming environment.
Additional Duties/Job Dimensions
Due to the cyclical nature of the casino industry, employees may be required to work varying
schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
