Description
Plans and coordinates the activities and operations of academic class section setup processes. Researches and compiles data for various academic management reports. Coordinates assigned activities and processes with other departments. Provides accurate information to students and employees.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED
- Receives supervision from the Dean of Career and Technical Education.
- Exercises no supervision.
Examples of Duties
Coordinates processes for continuing education schedule development; monitors academic program and course workflows; and reviews and maintains documentation on academic program processes.
Reviews for accuracy all academic program and course data. Maintains the academic program and course data and support files on the student information system for academic programs to include sections for registration and reporting purposes.
Manages students’ grading records, processes graduation applications, uploads images of important documents.
Prepares and maintains a variety of reports, records, and logs beneficial to tracking the enrollment goals of the College.
Performs records management activities in accordance with FERPA guidelines and confidentiality.
Provides excellent customer service to students and employees.
Provides responsible staff assistance to the college professional staff as appropriate.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
Preferred: An associate degree from an accredited college or university
Experience:
At least five years of experience in aviation industry. Experience with as an A&P Mechanic. Candidates should display effective oral and written communication skills.
