Summary of Performance Expectations
Performs a variety of receptionist and administrative support services for Rehabilitation and Wellness departments.
Education & Credentials:
Required
High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred
Formal education in medical office administration, or related area. Proficiency with computer use. Knowledge of medical terminology.
Work Experience:
Required
One year of administrative/office experience utilizing and requiring basic computer applications and requiring public relations
skills. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date
Preferred
Health care experience. Medical office experience.
