Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
Holds or has held a NC Building Contractor’s license which allowed for commercial, industrial, institutional, and all residential building construction.Required Experience:
Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
