Summary of Performance Expectations
Performs administrative and management functions for Environmental Services and Laundry departments, and directs all activities of the department. Participates in the planning, development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures. Is responsible for the fiscal and human resource management of the departments. Collaborates with departmental managers and care teams to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Education and Credentials:
Required:
Associate degree in Business or related field.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related field.
Work Experience:
Required:
One year of management experience in Environmental Services or Laundry. Demonstrated administrative and leadership ability. Incumbent should be knowledgeable in all phases of housekeeping/laundry, and in the operation and maintenance of associated equipment. Given training and on-the-job experience incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within six months of employment date.
