Education and Credentials
Required
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular Technology. Current ARRT or RCIS registration.
BCLS certification. If the BCLS certification is not from the American Heart Association (AHA), an AHA certification is required within three months of employment. ACLS within one year of employment date.
Preferred
Work Experience
Required
One year previous experience required in IR/Vascular, Cardiac Cath, or EP.
Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date.
Proficient in an additional modality of Heart & Vascular (IR/Vascular, Cardiac Cath or EP) within one year of employment date.
