Summary of Performance Expectations.
Meets all customer service needs for coffee shop guests and medical center employees. Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, employees, and others while providing exceptional customer service. Coordinates inventory of supplies needed for the Coffee Shop. Serves as resource for patients and visitors.
Education and Credentials:
Required
High School diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of food & beverage preparation procedures and excellent customer service skills.
Preferred
Formal training in preparing specialty beverages for coffee shop. Basic computer skills.
Work Experience:
Required
Six months experience in restaurant or institutional food and beverage service required. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date.
