What are the responsibilities and job description for the X-Ray Tech / Radiologic Imaging / Full Time 7:30am-8:00pm position at Catawba Valley Medical Center?
Summary:
Performs a variety of imaging exams under the clinical direction of a Radiologist or Surgeon.
Required Education:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Current ARRT registration. Performs either X-ray or Mammography only. BCLS certification. If the BCLS certification is not from the American Heart Association (AHA), an AHA certification is required within one month of employment date.
Required Work Experience:
No previous experience required. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of procedures within three months of employment date.
