Job Overview
We are seeking clean up helpers in a woodworking company to join our team. The ideal candidate will have general labor skills with the ability to work on various projects.. This role requires staying busy and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, Expectations and Performance Measures :
- Safety (strictly enforced). Follows all safety rules, proper ergonomics and safety programs. Always wears the proper PPE, clothing and footwear. Adheres at all times to the Entanglement policy. Owns daily cleanliness of work area. Maintains area orderly, clean and free from hazards.
- Mandatory attendance of all assigned safety training and adherence to all safety policies and practices.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Learn quality aspect of product in order to reduce waste.
- Ability to work in a teamwork setting
- Quality before quantity. Demonstrates a commitment to quality in all products, processes and services. Seeks to improve. High quality at all times and does not pass on poor quality for quantity.

Qualifications
