- Case Management: Work closely with parents and school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that address the specific needs of each student.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with parents, teachers, and administrators to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the special education process.

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working in special education or a related field.
