Job Overview:
As a Shift Manager at Catch Air, you’ll take the lead in ensuring smooth daily operations while creating a fun and memorable experience for kids and families! You'll supervise staff, manage workflow, and provide top-notch customer service, all while maintaining a clean, safe, and exciting environment. Your role also includes resolving guest concerns, supporting team members, and upholding company standards to keep the magic alive every day!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create an exceptional guest experience in a fun and engaging environment, ensuring every birthday celebration is memorable.
Support the General Manager in maintaining a safe and secure environment, including the front entrance, play areas, event rooms, and restrooms.
Assist guests with inquiries and special requests while maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Greet guests with enthusiasm and positivity, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Communicate any operational challenges or guest concerns promptly to management and suggest solutions as needed.
Manage party schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service while keeping guests, coordinators, and managers informed.
Handle difficult guest situations with professionalism while upholding company policies and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of rental equipment and event spaces.
Identify and report any operational issues to the General Manager.
Ensure all guests adhere to safety policies and company guidelines, reporting concerns to management when necessary.
Assist with setting up and breaking down special events as directed by management.
Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment, contributing to a positive team culture that enhances morale and productivity.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Experience working with children is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage multiple guests while maintaining enthusiasm.
Strong verbal and basic math skills.
Professional appearance, adhering to company dress guidelines.
Ability to greet guests warmly, assist with requests, and provide clear communication.
Skilled in handling guest concerns with professionalism and escalating issues to management when necessary.
