Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to answering calls, selling pest control services, scheduling services, supporting field staff, maintaining customer data, and administrative projects as assigned.
Starting pay rate based on experience.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain office calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Provide excellent customer service at the front desk
- Oversee phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is followed
- Manage and organize files, both physical and electronic
- Ensure smooth operation of the office
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality protocols
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Knowledge of Internet, Windows, QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and use new computer software programs
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete work in a timely manner
- Skill in promoting cooperation, building teamwork, and resolving conflict
- Ability to work effectively in a seasonal, fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Able to work weekdays 8am - 4:30pm / 30 minute lunch break
