Pest Control Technician

We are looking for experienced Pest Control Technicians

This is not a seasonal position.

Your work will include:

Inspecting and treating pests, pest harborage areas, and pest entry points.

Building and maintaining customer relationships.

Maintaining high service standards at all accounts.

Taking personal initiative and responsibility for correcting pest problems.

Suggesting and selling services to meet customer needs.

Completion of independent and group on-going training.

Be an active team member in a teamwork environment.

Willingness to work overtime.

May require participating in a rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends.

We require technicians to:

Possess a valid driving record.

Show a stable work history.

Work independently and as part of a team.

Be comfortable working with insects and various animals in a variety of environmental conditions and confined spaces.

Possess the physical ability to set up, use and work from 12 foot extension ladders.

Be able to read and understand product labels.

Satisfactorily complete initial technical training and State Licensing requirements.

Pass a pre-employment drug test, motor vehicle, and criminal background check.

Benefits:

There will be a training period until you are able to perform the duties that are required of you.

You can average $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 annually and much more as you help us grow the business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
