Our end user client is seeking a Training Lead. Our End User client requires a Training Lead to coordinate training, develop superusers and identify areas for improvement as part of their transformation program.
Previous experience in leading training activities as part of ERP or IT transformation programs is essential.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in ERP Transformations.
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate training, with a strong emphasis on ERP (preferably D365 F&O).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated expertise in ERP Systems, with certification preferred.
- MCT certified trainer is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and priorities.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Support internal resources with delivery of training.
- Evaluation reporting.
- Collateral development.
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and address training needs.
- Manage training schedules, track attendance, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Manage the economics of the training programs such as budget and revenue stream.
Location: US Hybrid – Cincinnati, Ohio
