We are hiring an energetic Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join their amazing new team! As a key member of our tax services staff, the Bookkeeper/Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to handling administrative tasks and supporting the needs of the office.

You Will:
- Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment
- Process accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping
- Prepare, send, and follow up on invoices to clients or partners
- Monitor accounts and follow up on overdue payments, initiating collections efforts
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail for the office
- Assist the HR Department with tasks such as onboarding new employees of the team
- Support the finance department with bookkeeping and expense reporting of the team
- Maintain and organize office files and records and support other administrative items
You Have:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in office administration and financial bookkeeping
- Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) Suite and QuickBooks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A passion for working in an office environment daily and being part of a highly collaborative team.
- Eligibility to work in the US for any employer, as sponsorship is not available
