We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will interact with customers to provide information, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive experience. You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, troubleshooting issues, and supporting our company’s values of excellence and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide detailed product/service information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Process orders, forms, and applications efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs and improve service processes.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM software).
