Responsibilities
- Analyze stormwater inspection maps to develop accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with inspection and field service teams to create project plans.
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Inspect and assess stormwater conveyance and treatment system compliance.
- Document the condition of stormwater systems.
- Create system maps using iPad and other computer applications.
- Complete inspection reports and communicate findings with Inspection Manager daily.
- Spend first 4 months with inspection and service teams to develop working knowledge of field operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using Word, Excel, iPad, and other computer applications.
- Previous experience with project estimating.
- Strong history of success in previous roles.
- Understanding of stormwater system structures and their functions is a plus.
- Knowledge of municipal and state compliance requirements is a plus.
MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE:
- Knowledge of stormwater system structures and how to service them most effectively & efficiently.
- Develop a good understanding of how to inspect stormwater systems accurately & efficiently.
- Cost estimates are accurate and consider variety of factors that contribute to project success.
- Willingness to work with inspection and service teams to understand project layers.
- Determining whether a system service meets the compliance requirements.
- A knowledge of the controls/terms associated with Vactor operations.
- Work efficiently and collaboratively with your fellow team members.
