Salary range: $80,000-$100,000


Seattle-based developer marketing agency Catchy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects in an agency or client setting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong account management experience, exceptional client-facing skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight


What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication and managing client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy and marketing, to ensure project objectives and client goals are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and implement solutions proactively.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet the company’s high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, enhancing their overall experience and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Conduct project reviews and create recommendations for future improvements.


What You Will Bring

  • Proven experience managing full-service agency workstreams, including research, strategy, creative, marketing strategy, campaign execution, analytics and events.
  • Knowledge, interest in and the desire to learn more about developer marketing, AI applications and tools, advanced language modeling, APIs and all things new in tech,
  • A solution-oriented, proactive approach.
  • Being comfortable with ambiguity and a master at change management.
  • Comprehension of appropriate urgency and service SLAs.
  • Understanding of and expertise in creating project scopes and estimates.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deliverables with competing deadlines.
  • Understanding of how agency work moves end-to-end.
  • Exceptional follow-up skills, excellent communication skills.
  • Decisiveness and the ability to prioritize, triage, and make real-time decisions.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to anticipate potential changes.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and pay attention to details.
