Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns, both transactional and promotional, ensuring effective customer engagement and retention.
- Manage marketing automation using HubSpot, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Regularly analyze email campaign performance, utilizing data to draw insights, refine strategies, and improve overall campaign ROI.
- Ensure seamless integration of email marketing strategies with CRM systems to enhance customer data management and journey mapping.
- Assist in developing and executing SEO strategies and managing paid ads to boost online visibility and drive traffic.
- Collaborate with brand management and content teams to align digital marketing campaigns with overall brand objectives.
- Regularly update website content within the CMS to maintain engagement and optimize user experience, ensuring all content is SEO-friendly.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to bring innovative ideas and tools to the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of concentrated experience in email marketing, with proven expertise in managing large-scale email campaigns.
- Proficient in HubSpot, with practical knowledge in advanced features like audience segmentation and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
