What are the responsibilities and job description for the FP&A Analyst position at Catena Solutions?
Responsibilities:
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with department leaders to develop budgets and financial models, providing guidance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Prepare long-term financial projections and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
- Develop financial dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track performance, presenting actionable insights to senior management.
- Continuously enhance FP&A processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Advise leadership with insights and recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
Required Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and FP&A tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial data to non-financial audiences.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
