The Controller & Office Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s financial health and day-to-day administrative operations. This role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on office management and will play a critical role in supporting company growth and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Manage tax filings and monthly sales tax payments with external accountants
- Conduct monthly financial reviews and provide strategic recommendations
- Oversee general office operations
- Support HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting
