What We're Looking For
Event Experience: 4 years of experience in event management, catering, or hospitality.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in high-pressure environments.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage complex logistics.
Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and ensure satisfaction.
Availability: Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift at least 30 lbs. and remain on your feet for 8 hours.
Compensation & Benefits
Comp: $60,000 - $75,000 (based on experience) *Hourly Position*
