Culinary Leadership Role:
Catering by Michaels is seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to drive our culinary vision forward. This senior role requires a dynamic leader who can build and manage a high-performing team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

Responsibilities:
The Executive Chef will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu development and recipe testing to inventory management and labor scheduling. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans, set performance targets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. In addition, they will maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and source high-quality ingredients to support our culinary programs.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need a deep understanding of culinary principles, with at least 8 years of experience in a similar position. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others. A proven track record of success in managing large teams, driving business growth, and delivering high-quality products and services is essential. Familiarity with Catering by Michaels' systems and processes is highly desirable but not required.
