- Oversee and manage food aspect of a catering event
- Coordinate with event manager to ensure all client's needs are met
- Oversee food execution to ensure smooth event execution
- Maintain high standards of service and professionalism
- Handle any issues that arise during events with poise and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a catering event chef
- Ability to cook food using fryers, ovens, and flattop grills
- Ability to execute pasta, carving, and dessert stations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid drivers license
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
