Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the creation and execution of menus for all catering events, ensuring consistency and exceptional quality.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing leadership, training, and development to ensure a high standard of culinary excellence.
- Coordinate with event manger weekly on event planning.
- Maintain inventory control, ensuring the kitchen is stocked with high-quality ingredients while minimizing waste.
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met at all times.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure top-quality ingredients are consistently available.
- Ensure timely delivery and flawless execution of food at events, no matter the scale.
