Our company works to bring in millions of views daily on YouTube, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Content Manager to bring our creative ideas to life.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage three teams of scriptwriters and strategists to develop engaging, humorous, and brand-aligned scripts weekly.
- Oversee the end-to-end workflow for up to 10 scripts per week, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling from ideation to production.
- Generate and pitch creative video concepts daily, transforming ideas into compelling scripts.
- Work with strategists to review past successes and analyze current trends to develop viral video frameworks.
- Leverage performance data from previous content to drive continuous innovation and script improvement.
- Utilize creative tools to produce rough concept art supporting Minecraft-based storytelling.
- Implement AI-driven enhancements to streamline processes while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Take ownership of team management, ensuring smooth project execution and coordination.
- Maintain detailed project tracking on Monday.com, documenting script progress and video specifics.
- Provide constructive feedback during manager meetings and guide the team through script revisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and content quality.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3-5 years of experience in content creation, scriptwriting, or relevant fields.
- Strong leadership skills, balancing delegation with leading by example.
- Ability to craft comedic sketches and scripts that align with our creative vision and audience.
- Deep understanding of trends, humor, and preferences of children and teens, blending creativity with strategic thinking.
- Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn while maintaining a fun and productive work environment.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and pivot quickly based on feedback.
- Strong communication skills for providing and receiving constructive feedback from both upper management and the writing team.
- Experience developing ideas and expanding them into structured outlines that capture the voices of established characters.
