Intake Specialist

The Intake Specialist is responsible for overseeing that Cathedral Square properties have full occupancy and to keep vacancy days at a minimum. This individual will also be responsible for working with applicants and processing move in paperwork.

Qualifications: An Associates Degree is preferred or equivalent experience. A financial background and data entry experience is preferred. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills as well as strong organizational skills. The ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgment and to work closely and cooperatively with staff to ensure the smooth administration of programs is essential in this position. Experience with Affordable Housing, MS Word and Excel is preferred, but not required. Regulatory compliance or knowledge of HUD and LIHTC is preferred. Valid Drivers’ license is required.

Hours & Location: Full-time- 36 hrs/wk, 412 Farrell St in South Burlington,
