Responsibilities
- Actively generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and community engagement.
- Evaluate prospects needs and recommend appropriate coverage options from Auto, Home, Property, Commercial, and Life Insurance products.
- Conduct presentations and consultations to explain insurance policies, features, and benefits to prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed individual and agency sales goals through consistent performance and proactive effort.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure retention.
- Conduct regular policy reviews and cross-sell additional products based on changing client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and regulations to ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
