Responsibilities
- Generate New Business Actively prospect through networking, referrals, community engagement, and direct outreach.
- Provide Expert Insurance Solutions Assess client needs and recommend tailored coverage options across Auto, Home, Property, Commercial, and Life Insurance.
- Engage with Spanish-Speaking Clients Serve as a trusted advisor for Spanish-speaking individuals and families, ensuring they fully understand their coverage options.
- Educate & Guide Clients Conduct consultations to explain policy benefits, coverage details, and features in both English and Spanish.
- Achieve Sales Goals Consistently meet or exceed individual and agency targets through proactive sales efforts.
- Build & Maintain Client Relationships Foster trust and long-term client retention through excellent service and regular policy reviews.
- Cross-Sell & Upsell Identify opportunities to enhance client protection with additional products.
- Stay Informed & Compliant Keep up with industry trends, regulations, and policy updates to maintain expertise and adherence to legal standards.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish & English Must be fluent in both languages to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Active Insurance Licenses Must hold valid state-issued licenses for relevant lines of insurance.
- Sales & Customer Service Experience Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills Ability to clearly explain policies and close sales in both Spanish and English.
- Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets independently.
