Primary Responsibilities
- Perform various landscaping and grounds maintenance duties
- Assist with burials; including preparing graves and entombment sites
- Work with a variety of cemetery equipment and tools in a proper safe manner, including hand and power tools, mowers, and trucks
Requirements
- Work in various year-round weather conditions (e.g. heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.); stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and operate both hand and power tools, and other cemetery equipment after sufficient training
- Expected to follow written and oral instructions, policies and procedures
- Valid drivers’ license required; CDL Class A License a plus
- Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) a plus; high school diploma or equivalency is welcomed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
