Program Manager, Marisol Health Mobile

Full Time, 40 hours per week.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

A Program Manager for Marisol Health Mobile Clinic:

Guided by the pastoral mission and values of Catholic Charities, oversees the daily operations, strategic initiatives, and community outreach for the mobile clinic program. This position provides leadership and operational management to ensure the mobile unit delivers high-quality, client-centered, and life-affirming care aligned with the Ethical and Religious Directives of Catholic health care services.

The Program Manager is responsible for fostering a collaborative team environment, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and building strong community relationships to advance the mission of Marisol Health and Catholic Charities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership & Team Culture:

  • Build a collaborative and mission-focused team of healthcare professionals, volunteers, and administrative staff.
  • Foster a supportive environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and alignment with Catholic Charities vision and values.

Program Management:

  • Develop and implement operational policies, schedules, and procedures for the mobile clinic.
  • Manage logistics for the mobile unit, including site scheduling, maintenance, and equipment needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and local/state guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Save the Storks to align mobile clinic services with broader strategic goals.
  • Partner with the Marisol Health clinics teams and other Catholic Charities ministries to provide an integrated continuum of medical, behavioral health and social services.
  • Periodically drive/transport the unit between locations (no special licensing required).
  • Maintain the safe and secure operation of the physical mobile clinic and all licensing requirements.

Community Engagement:

  • Build relationships with community partners, parishes, schools, and other organizations to identify service locations, increase client engagement and enhance donor support.
  • Represent Marisol Health Mobile Clinic at community events, promoting its services and mission.

Client Services:

  • Oversee client intake processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality medical and behavioral health care services.
  • Partner with Marisol Health clinics to provide seamless care coordination and follow-up for mobile unit clients.

Data & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze service delivery data to monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to the Director of Marisol Health on program metrics and outcomes.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Collaborate with the Marisol Health team to develop and manage the mobile units budget, ensuring responsible stewardship of resources.
  • Identify grant opportunities and work with the Catholic Charities grants team to secure funding and meet reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with Catholic Charities Mission Advancement team to explore, develop and implement donor engagement and fundraising opportunities.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides direct clinical supervision to Marisol Health Mobile team

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong understanding of Catholic social teachings and ability to effectively represent pro-life values.
  • Ability to interact effectively as a team member and independently with Agency staff and with a diverse client base.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage operations and logistics for mobile or community-based programs.
  • Knowledge of computers and technology for data management, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients, other employees, organizations and the public are required.
  • Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in healthcare management, social work, public health, or a related field.
  • Three years of program management or leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Valid CO drivers license, satisfactory driving record, and proof of insurance required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Frequent travel within the community to oversee mobile unit operations and attend events.
  • Requires the ability to lift and transport materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Work is performed in a variety of environments, including the mobile clinic, office settings, and outdoor locations.
  • Travel is frequent within the Archdiocese of Denver, Marisol Health service areas.

COMPENSATION BENEFITS:

Salary: $$57,000 - $60,000 per hour (full-time) 40 hours per week

Training: We provide a robust training curriculum that will support our employees throughout their career. Training provided within the first year of employment includes: De-escalation & Safety; Public Speaking; Mental Health First Aid; Substance Abuse & Mental Health; Human Trafficking; Trauma Informed Care; and many more.

  • Extensive Paid Time Off (4 weeks accrual for new employees - increasing based on tenure) promoting work life balance.

  • 15 Paid Holidays annually (shelters are 24/7, so there may be a need to work some holidays, which would include holiday pay).

  • 403b Retirement Plan with Agency contribution of 4% & match up to 2% of annual compensation.

  • Medical Plans (90% of employee's and 75% of dependents premiums is paid by Agency), Dental, & Vision starting the 1st day of the month following start date. (Must be a Full-Time employee)

  • May be eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness through Federal Student Loans and many more benefits.
