Qualifications and Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- A valid New York State Driver's License (Class D) and provision of a printout of annual Driving Record from Motor Vehicle Bureau are required.
- Must obtain a defensive driving certificate within 6 months of employment.
- One year of driving experience with no more than one moving violation within a 24-month period, no driving while intoxicated convictions.
- Knowledge of roadways in the area where the program operates.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
