Case Manager Supervisor
The Cuyahoga County Case Manager Supervisor will work closely with therapists and other members to provide support, linkage to services and reinforce treatment interventions to clients in our Covenant office. Lead and supervise case managers in Outpatient Mental Health (Treatment Prevention and Recovery) to provide mental health and substance use disorder case management and CPST services to adults in Cuyahoga County. Position is a working supervisor that provides direct services to behavioral health clients. Provide coaching assistance to case managers and review regular performance reports, treatment plans, corrective action plans. Complete determination of annual goals and staff performance evaluations. Coordinate case management services with other programs within Catholic Charities serving Cuyahoga County.
