Program Statement: At St. Martin de Porres Family Center, we provide an array of services for early childhood, older adults, after-school programming, food pantry, home-delivered meals, and emergency assistance. St. Martin de Porres is located in the heart of the Glenville community and takes pride in meeting the needs of the residence we serve through service coordination and empowering them to be self sufficient.
What will you do:
- Perform data entry tasks daily
- Assist with preparing monthly and quarterly reports.
- Monitor participants daily sign in/out forms.
- Assist with weekly meal reservation ordering.
- Complete program assessments.
- Assist with the preparation of funder audits.
- Conduct home visits as required.
- Monitor the daily heath and well- being of all participants.
- Accompany participants on program outings as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
