Program Statement: The Medina County Office, Outpatient Mental Health Program, offers creative treatment and prevention programs that enhance the strengths of Medina County families while treating each individual with professionalism and respect. We are a faith based organization that provides professional services without regard to a person’s personal belief system and are certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. We provide comprehensive clinical assessments for mental health and/or substance abuse.
Job Summary:
The Therapist will, ensure that the activities of this position and relevant programs are consistent with the mission, vision and values of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland. This position will provide specialized mental health or alcohol and other drug services including Mental Health Assessment, Chemical Dependency or Dual Diagnosis Assessment, Behavioral Health Counseling and Therapy Services, or case management, consultation, or prevention to clients related to their specific Individual Service Plan (ISP) defined needs or related to priorities established.
Qualified candidates must possess a Master's Degree with an LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, or LISW-S licensure used by The State of Ohio .
