Core ResponsibilitiesDesign and Schedule Social Media PostsCreate and Edit Digital Graphics and CopyHelp with Organization of Marketing FilesAssist with Scheduling and Production of VideosSupport Agency Fundraising Efforts
What will you be doing in your role?Assist the Marketing Specialist in creating and managing agency social media content calendars that include events, campaign posts, etc.Implement, refine, and contribute to the vision and strategy for all agency marketing materials and fundraising campaigns.Work with the Marketing Team to continually monitor and assess CCFW's online presence and make quick decisions about online responses and posts.Draft, design, build, and disseminate digital marketing assets such as flyers, newsletters and email campaigns to a segmented list of donors and supports on a monthly, bi-monthly, or as needed basis.Assist the Marketing Team with uploading and crafting website (blog) content for all current and upcoming events and campaigns in addition to basic website updates.Assist the Marketing Team in the development of compelling content, including writing, basic photo and video editing, and basic graphic design.Support the Marketing Team in daily administrative tasksCCFW
Additional InformationThis is a part-time, non-paid position.This position requires a minimum of 10 hours per week and at least one school semester remaining.
Are you the next Digital Marketing Intern?High School Diploma requiredCurrently enrolled in a college program. Marketing, communications, videography, etc. majors preferred.Excellent writing skills and familiarity with AP styleExperience with managing social media platforms including creating content calendarsStrong desire to learn along with professional driveSolid understanding of different marketing techniquesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent knowledge of MS OfficePassion for our goal of relentlessly ending povertyMust have reliable transportation and a current Texas driver’s license
