Position Description
- Assist with ensuring the delivery of a quality before and/or afterschool program that complies with all NJ Office of Licensing and Child Care Division requirements.
- Assist in supervising staff in a supportive and developmental manner.
- Encourage personal growth and character development in children while strengthening their social, academic and physical skills.
- Maintain positive relationships through effective communication with children, parents, staff, supervisor and host school principal and staff.
- Attend staff meetings, supervision and professional development trainings.
- High School Diploma or equivalent,
- Associate's degree or CDA certification preferred and 1 year experience working with children a must.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Monday to Friday - hours range from 7:00am to 9:15am and/or 1:45pm to 6:30pm.
