Clinician, Therapeutic Visitation Specialist 139
Responsibilities
- Trained in an evidence-based model, and will complete initial intake assessment tools, conceptualize personalized visitation plans, facilitate debriefings before and after visits, facilitate visitation planning meetings, and complete visitation documentation and reports.
- Transport both children and parents as needed, utilizing an Agency vehicle.
- Visitation occurs at time and locations convenient for the families. Evening hours and a flexible schedule is required.
Requirements
- Must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Valid professional license is mandatory with a minimum of a LAC or LSW.
- Must be able to demonstrate therapeutic approaches to engage families in reunification.
- Clinician must have experience working from a trauma informed framework.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Bi-lingual preferred but not required. Pay differential exists for bi-lingual candidates.
