Responsibilities
- Direction of the Facilities Maintenance Manager, with input from the property manager to assist in keeping our 40 locations in tip top shape.
- Provision of a safe and clean-living environment for all residents
- The job includes cleaning common interior and exterior areas including any common hallways and bathrooms
- Preparation of apartments and rooms for new residents by cleaning the space and appliances
- Ensuring safety and security, responding to facilities related emergencies and performing basic maintenance and repairs such as the changing of lightbulbs
- Repairs of locks, windows/screens, caulking, and replacing batteries in Smoke/CO detectors
- 40hr work week with a 1 on-call week per month
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Background Check Required
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
