Headquartered in Paterson, NJ, Straight and Narrow is the largest program of its kind. We provide innovative and compassionate services to individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. We are looking for dedicated, caring and compassionate people to work in our Residential / Outpatient Treatment Facilities and Community Programs.
CrossFit Trainer
Hours - 40 hours a week - Flexible Hours with some evenings and weekends
Locations - All Straight & Narrow Program Locations ( Paramus, Passaic, Secaucus, Paterson)
Hourly Rate (non-exempt)
Job Summary :
A CrossFit Trainer is responsible for leading fitness classes, guiding members through CrossFit-style workouts, and providing individualized coaching to help them achieve their fitness goals.
Qualifications :
- CrossFit Level 1 Certification (or higher) required.
- First Aid / CPR Certification required.
- Experience in coaching or training in a CrossFit or similar functional fitness environment.
- Strong understanding of fitness principles, exercise science, and injury prevention techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with individuals of diverse fitness levels.
- Enthusiastic, motivational, and professional demeanor
