JOB SUMMARY: Performs maintenance and repairs on assigned Agency Facilities. Repairs may include but are not necessarily limited to plumbing, electrical work and carpentry. Maintain all facilities in a safe and orderly manner.

Essential Functions
- Perform plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs as necessary where code permits as well as painting, spackling, and other repairs as required.
- Performs periodic inspection of all Agency Facilities.
- Prioritize facility repairs and develop a schedule for completion.
- Recommend maintenance equipment needs to supervisor.
- Perform emergency repairs during off hours as needed.
- The assigned maintenance vehicle, to be used to travel to various Agency work sites, must be kept clean and always organized for ease of access and safety.
- Responsible for notifying supervisor when the assigned vehicle requires repair or service (Oil Changes, etc.)
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (Competencies)
- General knowledge of building maintenance and/or general construction
- Ability to interact with contractors, and CCDOT staff
- Basic Computer Skills
