Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support services, recognizing the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
- Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, personal care, and transportation.
- Engage in effective communication, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues and supervisors.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Residential Manager to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Valid NY State Driver's License and acceptable driver's record necessary.
- AMAP Certification required.
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
